"We booked a different hotel, quality inn, through Priceline and it was horrible and we couldn't stay there between the homeless and the mold and the filth. However when we checked into the extended stay America it was pristine. No carpet everything was immaculately clean and the beds were very comfortable I would stay there again even though it's a little pricier than I like to pay. "Gorgeous! Nicer than some of the 4 star hotels we've stayed at. We did have some noise above us and it was very loud so would reccomend requesting top floor. The sound barrier seemed a bit thin."

"Great hotel! Feels recently renovated with large fridge, microwave, and two stove burners. The TV was huge and the beds were quite comfortable. The bathroom had a beautiful mirror and big shower with good water pressure/heat. Only a bar of soap and shampoo, but for one night that’s all we needed. The service was friendly and speedy. Basic breakfast but does the job. Definitely recommend!"

"We had a terrible experience with an Airbnb that led us to this hotel. We had an amazing experience and the staff was very friendly. There is a dog area, but the grass is full of burrs that stick to furry. I would suggest keeping your dogs on the rocks to avoid stragglers. "The building and the rooms appear to have been remodeled very recently. The room was very comfortable, the only complaint is the pillows (I personally prefer them not as thick), and the ironing board was a bit flimsy and collapsed as I was ironing. Otherwise it was a spacious room, comfortable mattress, good blackout blinds. Would stay there again!"

"The best hotel in Ukaih. I was looking for a stopover point on my long roadtrip. I ended up staying to five nights here— it’s such a good base if you want to go to explore Mendocino County.
